What we collect

Our footprint is intentionally small. We collect:

• A display name and authentication identifier you provide via our sign-in provider. We never receive your password.
• The Solana wallet address you paste in to claim rewards.
• Game records — moves, outcomes, durations, levels — used to verify wins and keep the leaderboard honest.
• Payout records — amount, status, transaction signature — so rewards can be sent and audited.
• Standard server logs from our hosting providers that may include IP address and user agent for security and abuse prevention.

What we don't collect

We do not ask for your wallet private key or seed phrase. We do not sell or rent your data. We do not run third-party trackers or advertising scripts.

How we use it

• To run the game and send reward payouts.
• To verify wins and prevent cheating or abuse.
• To display the leaderboard (display name only).
• To respond to support questions and comply with applicable law.

On-chain data

Solana is a public blockchain. Once a token transfer happens, the sending wallet, receiving wallet, amount, and transaction signature are visible to anyone — by us, by you, by everyone. Do not use a wallet you don't want associated with KuKu Chess.

Your choices

You can stop using the Site at any time. To request deletion of your account record, reach us via the social links in the footer. Note that on-chain transfers and public leaderboard entries recorded prior to deletion cannot be removed from the blockchain.

Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use of the Site after a change is posted means you accept the updated policy.
