1. Acceptance
By using KuKu Chess (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. What KuKu Chess is
KuKu Chess is an entertainment platform where users play chess against AI opponents. Wins may result in a transfer of $KUKU, a meme utility token used for in-game rewards. $KUKU is not a security, share, or financial product. It carries no expectation of profit and confers no governance, equity, or ownership rights.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to interact with cryptocurrency and on-chain assets where you live. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Site complies with local laws.
4. No financial advice
Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, tax, investment, financial, or other professional advice. We are not a broker-dealer, investment advisor, or money services business. You alone bear responsibility for any decision you make about $KUKU or any other asset.
5. Wallets and on-chain transfers
You are responsible for the security of any wallet you connect or paste into the Site. We never request your private keys or seed phrase, and we will never message you asking for them. On-chain transfers are irreversible — verify the wallet address before claiming. Network conditions, fees, and validator behavior are outside our control.
6. Anti-cheat and fairness
We verify match outcomes server-side. We may withhold rewards, close accounts, or take other action where we reasonably suspect cheating, automation, multi-accounting, or any other abuse of the reward system. Daily claim caps may apply.
7. No warranty
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantee that the token will retain any particular value.
8. Limitation of liability
We do not collect or store any sensitive personal information from you — no payment details, no government IDs, and never your wallet's private keys or seed phrase. Because of this, simply using KuKu Chess does not put your personal data or finances at risk through us. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are still not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
